Jazz play themselves,
Jazz play themselves,

The New Orleans Pelicans pulled off an unforgettable comeback last night, overcoming a massive 25-point deficit to defeat the Utah Jazz, 123-119, in overtime. The victory set a franchise record for the largest comeback and had the home crowd buzzing.

CJ McCollum led the charge with a stellar 45-point performance, including six key points in the overtime period. Dejounte Murray contributed a strong 26 points and 11 assists, while Trey Murphy III added 24 points to fuel the Pelicans' rally.

The Jazz looked in control early, with rookie Keyonte George scoring 23 points and Isaiah Collier adding a double-double with 20 points and 11 assists. They held a commanding 25-point lead in the second quarter and were up by 20 at halftime. But the Pelicans weren’t about to fold.

New Orleans came storming back in the second half, finally taking their first lead late in the fourth quarter. In overtime, McCollum took over, delivering decisive plays that secured the win for the Pelicans.

This marks the Pelicans’ second straight win over the Jazz after a 136-123 victory on Friday night. You can't help but wonder how the season might look right now if not for early injuries to Williamson and Murray. Despite the comeback, it's important to remember the Pelicans are still very much figuring it out. Questions remain, but let's see how the next 10 games go.
